山中機工株式会社は、1979年の創業以来、プラスチックの真空成型関連機器の
設計・製造を一貫して手掛けて参りました。
お客様の視点に立った発想と徹底的にこだわり抜いたエンジニアリングによって完成された真空成型機器は、
操作性、耐久性、コストパフオーマンスにおいて、極めて多くのお客様より高い評価を頂いて参りました。
1980年代からは日本国内のみならずアジア各国への輸出を開始し、現在は世界で400台以上の稼働実績を
達成するまでに成長することができました。これもお客様のご愛顧の賜物と、この場をお借りして改めて感謝申し上げます。
近年は生産性の向上、ロス率の低下、省エネルギーといった環境に徹底的に配慮した真空成型機器の開発に注力しております。
その成果として、主要駆動部のサーボモーター化、ヒーターON/OFF制御、タッチパネル式デジタル操作システムを導入した高速連続真空成型機MVF-750A3を完成させ、更にはトグル方式、4柱精密調整システム、タッチパネル式デジタル操作
システムを導入した打ち抜きプレス機MTS-YR17OO-S4を完成させました。

Yamanaka Kiko has designed and manufactured plastic thermoforming
machines and equipment since its establishment in 1979.
Our thermoforming machines, molds, and accessories are specifically developed with the needs of our
customers in mind. Engineered with incredible attention to detail, our products are highly regarded for their
excellent maneuverability, durability, and cost performance. Since we began exporting our products to Asian
countries in the 1980s, we have increased the number of Yamanaka machines in operation to over 400 units
worldwide. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their continued patronage.
In our product development efforts, we have remained focused on increasing productivity, lowering material
waste, and improving energy efficiency. These efforts have come together in our newest machines. The
Automatic Continuous Thermoformer MVF-750A3 introduces new features such as
servomotors, a temperature feedback control system, and digital touchscreen
operation. The Trim Press MTS-YR1700-S4 also introduces digital touchscreen
operation, along with a toggle system and a 4-pillar precision control system.
In this website, we aim to highlight the benefits of these two machines, which we
believe are our best yet. Giving customers outstanding products is our great pleasure,
and it's why we keep working everyday to advance the thermoforming industry.
